A workshop on Introduction to ‘Cognitive Behaviour Therapy’ (CBT)

This workshop is intended for general as well as specialist doctors including psychiatrists, psychologist or any clinician at any level of training.

It will provide the most important fundamental principles of CBT and will also provide the micro skills essential for applying the principles in clinical settings.
